It's like most any dealership, problem is with your head sales manager. I had to go to Executive Nissan in North Haven Ct to order an as built Frontier pro 4 X back in 2023. Your lead sales manager told Ric sales manager. I had to go to Executive Nissan in North Haven Ct to order an as built Frontier pro 4 X back in 2023. Your lead sales manager told Ricky (great sales associate, nice man) that Nissan isn't, that's at that time in 2023, making as built vehicles. A complete lie . Previous to coming there I knew they were because I just got off the website and was researching a fully loaded Pro 4 X Frontier. Then a left Ricky and told him I'm not interested in the Frontier's on your lot for which none had the moon roof or any of the features of a fully loaded one . And I made my way to EXECUTIVE NISSAN . Purchased one that they located with 42 miles on it from Virginia. More

They helped me picked a good vehicle. However they lacked with customer service. The day I picked up my vehicle, they went out and got a car wash and put some gas in the car. I had to wai However they lacked with customer service. The day I picked up my vehicle, they went out and got a car wash and put some gas in the car. I had to wait about an hour while on my lunch break. Not sure why that wasn’t done before hand. The last dealership I felt with filled up the gas to full. This dealership barely got the gas to half. I’m not sure if they thought I wasn’t going to be to follow through with the deal. They also forgot to give me my documents that I’ve signed and I’m still waiting on how to pay for my first payment . Again the last dealership I dealt with gave me all that information and one seating I have to wait for all my documents in the mail. Not a great experience. More
