This was a horrible dealer to do business with and will never again . They never respond in a timely manner . They were paid by my warranty and did a bad job. I used to buy cars from this place all the time, boy has it changed. I have never been so disappointed in buying a car in my life!! Ron was one of the rudest, most pompous people I have ever met! It has so many scratches and is disgusting inside and when people see the car, they were shocked that it was sold this way to me from a dealership. They put dirty brown floor mats in the car that did not even belong to this car. I had to order my own mats from Amazon because these ones smelled and were absolutely filthy and disgusting. I only received 1 car key and asked for a second to be made and Ron was absolutely rude about it and made me feel like a fool for even asking, you would think I didn’t pay for this car the way he treated me. What happened to customer service?!?! I had dealer plates on the car for well over a month and when I called for an update, I was spoken to like a child and the tone was extremely rude. I still haven’t received my title for this car. Ron is extremely pushy and rushes things. He did not take the time to check to make sure things were done correctly. I have never purchased a used car that was not detailed to make it look presentable, I paid cash for this car and it was for my son for his 16th Birthday, I wish I never stepped foot in Nissan Napoli and wish I purchased a car elsewhere and did not give them my businessI will never use Nissan Napoli again. Huge disappointment!l, they should be ashamed of themselves. More
