Friendly service reps and thoughtful mechanic. Mechanic was advised to to change oil and rotate tires (10k miles since purchase). I told him they had 10k on them and rotation is covered under contract so he took it back in right away and completed the work no problem. I like that he considered my wallet before just doing the work. More
