Having my car in the dealership for four days without a rental vehicle was incredibly inconvenient. I found myself struggling to manage my daily responsibilities, from getting to work to running essential rental vehicle was incredibly inconvenient. The lack of transportation left me feeling stranded and frustrated, especially since I rely heavily on my vehicle for everything. I expected the dealership to provide some form of assistance during such an extended repair period. Offering a complimentary rental or alternative transportation options would have made a significant difference in my experience. It’s disappointing to feel like my needs weren’t considered, and I hope the dealership can improve this aspect of their service in the future. More
