Ricky Mills was excellent, Brenden in sales was awful. Car smelled like smoke, rugs and seats had burn holes. Bumper was damaged. Wanted to change me 250 bucks to fix. I’ve purchased 3-4 cars from Napoli, but with how cheap they are, when it came to mats and replacing a bumper. I’ll buy elsewhere in the future. A few hundred bucks could have solved all the problems, trying to save a few bucks cost you a lifetime customer . This customer is not happy. More

They first sold out of tires for my scheduled appointment, no tires, and blamed me for not paying up front. I told them I would have gladly paid up front if someone told me to do so. Service dept was great but I would never recommend anyone to buy a Nissan! Brand new radio after 3-4 months of trying to fix mine still having issues with it ! Done with Nissan! Frustrating I bought a new fob over a year ago that has had to be reprogrammed 2x since.
