Service was ok, didn’t get a call about my vehicle for 7 hours. The issue is not resolved so I’ll have to make a follow up appointment. My tire maintenance indicator is still on. My car was not cleaned while in for service all day- no rinse off, no quick vacuum, not even paper floor mats. My recall for a seatbelt failure- something I would think is a safety concern was advised the parts won’t be available for 3-4 months…. Why notify everyone about a safety recall when there isn’t inventory to correct the issue for months. I’m use to a higher service level at other Nissan dealerships that was not provided here. More
