They do not inspect the cars before they sell them to you. Please READ your contract and do not buy a car unless they will provide a warranty! Overall horrific experience. Mo did not understand what I wanted and we were able to come to an agreement. Interest rate wasn't exactly what I wanted, but that's okay because I got a lower interest rate from my personal banking institution. On the second day of owning the vehicle, I took it to my personal mechanic to make sure everything was working properly. They found a few issues with the car. A lightbulb inside the car didn't work, the license plate lightbulb didn't work, the spare tire was deflated and was about to fall, and the air cabin filter was extremely dirty with leaves. I paid an extra 65 to fix these issues. They also mentioned that the struts and shocks were going to need to be changed soon. Another $1400 I'm going to have to spend. They recommended I take it to a Toyota dealership. Took it to a Toyota Dealership to buy a second key. I had more issues. All four sensors needed to be replaced, leak in the transmission. Another 1000!! Three sensors were broken and one wheel didn't even have a sensor! When I called Nash, I got screamed at by Mo saying he expected me to drive it back to Costa Mesa. I live two hours away! I was not going to risk my health and safety driving back. He said he would dispute any bill from any other mechanic or dealership. I have a daughter on the way, imagine driving this vehicle with all these issues. Unacceptable! Please see the photos below. Do not shop here! The Toyota dealership also found the computer was not working properly and needed to be replaced! Nash Auto sold me a faulty car! Total costs of 1775 to fix the truck, and that's without changing the shocks! Unbelievable!!! Even the Toyota dealership said I got scammed and that due to the safety concerns, I should get a full refund! Nash Auto could have been liable for these issues if I was in an accident or worse. Shop at a corporate Toyota Dealership!! Do not shop here!! More

This place is the worst! We agree to a price and then Sam adds on 3M paint protection and a thief deterrent alarm to the price. Our experience with Mo at this dealership has been nothing short of extraordinary. We live 197 miles from this dealer and after spending months looking for a quality used vehicle and sifting through hundreds of ad's via all the known web sites like car gurus and such we found our perfect used car at this dealership and decided to roll the dice and take a trip to see if what we had found could really be true. From the moment we started speaking with Mo we were treated with courtesy and respect. A week after taking delivery of our vehicle our check engine light came on and we took the car to a local Audi mechanic where we live. The mechanic concluded the code was for a thermostat failure and so I contacted Mo and asked him why this was not found prior to our purchasing the car and then the next day he called us back and offered to help us out with the cost of the repair even though the car was sold and purchased by us without a warranty!!! I realize this sounds like a too good to be true story but I assure anyone that is reading this review that I was not asked to write this review nor am I making this up!! This "good faith"gesture by Nash Auto has not only insured Mo that he will now have all of our family's business but also speaks volumes as to the honesty and integrity of the Nash family itself and that they truly do care about their customers and are not just another used car store where they simply play the numbers game and then move on to the next sale. Again, do yourself a favor and go see Mo at Nash Auto and know that you will be told the truth and taken care of after the sale, it simply doesn't get any better than that when it comes to buying a car folks!!! I drove over an hour to get there to find out the car did not have navigation, premium sound or the back up camera as advertised. When I asked why it is misrepresented, Susie shrugged it off and asked me well, are you going to buy the car or not? Clearly she was completely OK with false advertisement to get you on the lot and has no customer service. I never got visibly upset and was a gentleman whole time. So there was no excuse for her attitude and behavior. I would be very cautious trusting anything they say about their vehicles and better yet simply avoid them at all costs. The sad thing is, I like the car and probably still would have purchased it if the customer service was not so bad. More

I have had experience with purchasing both new and used cars, and my experience with Nash Auto was on par with my experiences when purchasing a new luxury car. The best part of my story, I happen to buy a cars, and my experience with Nash Auto was on par with my experiences when purchasing a new luxury car. The best part of my story, I happen to buy a unique car that Nash auto doesn't usually sell... a vintage 1998, Chevy C1500 in mint mechanical condition and incredibly low mileage. They had on their lot beautiful Lexus, Toyotas and BMWs, and they treated me like I was purchasing one of those luxury cars. I have an emotional connection with old Chevy trucks and have been looking for the right one for me. This opportunity was one I couldn’t pass up and I am so glad I found it through Nash Auto! Not only was I taken care of in financing, they also did an incredible job on the work I requested as part of the negotiation of my purchase. Nash Auto went the extra mile and handled everything in a professional manner. I received updates during the work and the end result was superb. When I took delivery of the truck, it exceeded my expectations and Nash Auto made it look like it did when it rolled off the factory floor 13 years ago! Overall, the truck just looks amazing and I plan to keep it a very long time.
