- katieluedwardsLet me tell you a little about Doug... if you are looking to go anywhere for service to your vehicle that still has factory warranty I would tell you DO NOT GO HERE. 3 seconds to check out your vehicle, special order part that doesn’t ever come in, then you call and are told the part is available but no loaner car for your issue and then when you call customer service the part magically is not at this location anymore!! Doug is a sneaky rude and disrespectful man who treats women like they don’t know anything about their car. Sexist man, bad service, and rude advisors. STEER CLEAR.

- Happy customerEvery single time I take my vehicles to Nash, Mr. Fashaw always takes great care of me. He always advises me on what is best, and I feel comfortable with his decisions. He is very detailed regarding any services I may need. He would always say " I'm going to advise you like a family member" and that's how I feel every time. Thank you Mr. Fashaw!

- CarizmaWaste of time. Took the ride over a hour away for a car that I inquired about to be sold just as I pulled up to the lot. I had made the appointment with "Heather" she didn't even get up from her desk to apologize for wasting my time. Nothing wrong with selling, the problem comes in with lack of communication. In a strange way I was happy not to have got the car because if this is how business is conducted, I truely did not miss out on anything. It was a blessing. I just thought I would warn others of about lack of professionalism I experienced.

- labarreaThe Service Manager thinks that his people can do nothing wrong. I experienced several instances where my vehicle was returned to me, after service, with parts missing and work not completed properly. After one tire rotation and balance, a lug nut came off the vehicle (within 10 days) and the service manager acted like he was doing me a huge favor to replace my lug nut. I had previously purchased 8 vehicles from Nash and spent almost $300,000 at this dealership but I will never use this dealership again.

- BreakoutI'm not sure why there are several bad reviews for Nash Chevy service, but I have to believe most of them are bogus. I have been using their service center for many years and have never had a bad experience. I usually deal with Michele in service and she always does everything she can to help me out. My daughter came home from college for the holidays and had a problem with her Cruze the day she was heading back to school. Michele worked her in and they took care of the problem during what seemed to be a very busy time for them.

- Catkin2012I have had my car repaired twice, and a third visit for a Mechanical failure. Doug cut me off when picking up my car and rudely said he had bent over backwards to help me and that if I didn't like it he wouldn't repair The car and I was not welcome back there. He was upset because I voiced my concerns over the lack of repairing the car and the fear I had about driving it. Their answer is that the car isn't throwing a code and therefore they can't fix the car. It has multiple issues and one caused a minor accident!
