A rep from Nash Subaru wrote back saying I lied, insulted my mechanic (who is cleaning up their mess) and said I only paid $2283.50. By stating I paid a different amount from the amount shown on my receipt and the amount that posted to my account when they cashed the check I paid them with, they are falsifying information. More

The first time the mileage was input incorrectly (off by over 3,000 miles). The second time....Well, I am still receiving text messages and reminders to come have my car serviced over a week after I had it in there. It will be interesting to see how the new Galatin Subaru is once it opens! More

Rey was very fri I contacted the dealership through their website on the weekend after normal business hours and got a response from Rey the salesman. Rey was very friendly, prompt and began working on what we wanted. On Monday I visited the dealership, chose the car I wanted with the features I desired at the price I needed. It was very quick and painless. I was in and out in a jiffy and the car was delivered to the dealership the next day. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Rey. More
Terrible Unfriendly, unorganized, and it took 2.5 hours for an oil change, even though I had confirmed the appointment several times! Will never go back here. Good service experience I got a notice of a recall repair (tail light switch) on my 2014 Subaru Forester, so I set up a service appt. When I came in, I asked them to replace a burned out fog light and change the oil. My Forester has always used oil, but at 200K miles, it is getting kind of crazy (1 quart every 1,000 miles), so when I mentioned it, they changed my oil for free. Nice folks. Good experience. I went to another Subaru dealer in town for a wheel bearing issue once before, and they were not especially nice, so these guys get my business every time now. My ONLY issue is that the construction next door (temporary) makes it dicey getting into and out of the dealership. More
Sent my Legacy in for a faulty radio under warranty Took my 2019 Subaru Legacy in because the radio suddenly stopped working, while I was there the service department said my car with 4200 miles was due Took my 2019 Subaru Legacy in because the radio suddenly stopped working, while I was there the service department said my car with 4200 miles was due service (oil change and tire rotation). I got a voice mail call the next day telling me my car was ready for pickup. When we got their to pick it up (it is a 35 mile round trip), we were informed the radio parts were on order but that the oil change and tire rotation had been completed. I don't understand why I was told my car was ready for pickup if it wasn't completely repaired? Now I have to take the car back to the service center when the part comes in, leave it there and return to pick it up sometime in the future. Another set of 70 mile round trips More
If I could I would go to a different dealership. Scheduled visit for oil change and tire rotating. Made an appointment a week in advance and when I showed up they didn't have me on the schedule. This Scheduled visit for oil change and tire rotating. Made an appointment a week in advance and when I showed up they didn't have me on the schedule. This is the second time this has happened. They fit me in but there is a lack of communication with the schedulers and the service center. They didn't get my car done in the time frame they said it would happen but two days later my tire pressure was low on all four tires. they did a tire rotation but didn't fill the tires with the correct amount of air pressure. Also, not a warm reception from the person behind the counter in the service center. I have a service package with this dealership so I'm kind of stuck using there service department. If I could go somewhere else I would but until my service package runs out I'm stuck with them. Employees are not very welcoming in the service department. More
Why schedule a recall if you don't have the part? Like other reviews have stated, I scheduled a recall and the part wasn't in the dealer. I scheduled my service a couple of weeks in advance, after get Like other reviews have stated, I scheduled a recall and the part wasn't in the dealer. I scheduled my service a couple of weeks in advance, after getting a notice I needed to do the recall. I showed up early for my 7:00 am appointment and they said they'd have the call done by early afternoon. A few hours later I got a message from the dealer that they couldn't do the recall service because they didn't have the part. When I went in to pick up the car, they told me that the system that schedules the service doesn't have any mechanism to confirm if the parts are in. This seems like a very simple problem to fix; so simple it shouldn't even be a problem. I have another appointment scheduled and was told to call before bringing it in to see if they have the part. How about you not schedule service appointments if you don't have the part? More

They shuttled me 3 weeks prior home when I was in for a recall and I came back in for check engine light. Now I’m somehow outside the radius by 1.5 miles, so it’s not longer worth their xxxxxxxx. They had my car for over a week and I only got updates when I called. I was even told the day I ended up getting it back someone would call back in a couple minutes to verify my car was done...5 hours later and I had to call back to hear in an annoyed voice that it had been done for a while. Do not give these people your service as it doesn’t get better and it isn’t an off day. I’ll be driving further away from my house to the Franklin dealer because I’ve already had great service via phone AND they shuttle thru 2 counties. More
