I’ve had poor experiences in the past with car salesman/dealerships (not yours), but he has completely changed my perspective. Never once did we feel pressured or stupid for asking what I presume are dumb questions (I can tend to ask these....😬). Don’t ever let him slip away as he is a huge asset to your organization. I also need to commend Paul, our finance representative. He clearly explained everything so even I could even understand it. My wife is a lot smarter and understands these things, but I can safely say it takes me 90 minutes to watch 60 Minutes. Again, never felt pressured and he laid out would be very beneficial for warranties that were specific to our driving needs. Very impressed with everyone there. All very friendly and big smiles anywhere you walked throughout the property. You all are doing something right there and there needs to be more companies like you. Again, big kudos to Garrett (even though he’s a Steelers fan haha! We had a great football talk and I gotta commiserate about my Denver Broncos...).
