Ken Howe was our salesman, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He answered all of our questions, listened to any concerns we had, and made sure that the process was smooth and easy. It took time, as all car purchases do, but with Nate Wade, and Ken specifically, it didn’t actually FEEL like it took that long. He also went above and beyond for us, including staying well after closing so we could take our car home as soon as we could. And while he did that, he never once made us feel like we were taking too long or like we were a burden. It always felt like he was more than happy to be working with us. I truly cannot recommend this dealership (and Ken!!) enough. We are beyond thrilled with the car we purchased, and I feel completely confident that we got a fair price, and that if anything else comes up, I can get the help needed from Ken.
