When a mistake was made, they compensated generously, and were very trustworthy. The service guy, Derek, was very thorough. Everyone made sure we were comfortable. We never felt pressured or rushed, just listened to. I am now a loyal Nate Wade customer. More

Craig was able to turn all of my negative thoughts into positive ones in the first 15 minutes of meeting him. There was no pressure to buy anything. I felt that he was genuine in his recommendation based off of the little information I gave him. He gave me options, but recommended what he felt was the better deal and what he would do if he had been in my situation. I am now a proud owner of a 2018 WRX thanks to Craig. Every and any sales person that has the chance to work with Craig should strive to learn from him and look up to him. There are many other awesome things I would like to say about Craig, but I feel like this is already turning into more of a love letter than a review. We made the Ascent!! I just came in to “try on” cars looking to see if the Ascent would have enough leg room for my 6’5” long legged husband. Josh was very helpful in show I just came in to “try on” cars looking to see if the Ascent would have enough leg room for my 6’5” long legged husband. Josh was very helpful in showing me all the features that would help to make the most leg room. I was pretty hopeful we had found just the right car. The next day my husband and I went back to Nate Wade and with Jerimiah’s help we test drove two different Ascents. Jerimiah was especially sweet and kind to our 4 yr old Granddaughter who was with us. He explained so many of the features and was super accommodating. My husband was totally sold and ready to sign on the dotted line. The next day we drove our Ascent off the lot totally happy with all the staff that interacted with us! Anxious to continue the Subaru experience as we’ve become part of the Subaru family!! More

Great experience with little time to waste. I visited the dealership in hopes of either buying or leasing a car. I was introduced to my salesman Ken Howe, he was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Ken was able to let me test drive my car of choice after about 10 minutes and about an hour and a half later I was able to drive off with said car.
