The overall atmosphere at Nate Wade Subaru was very welcoming and comfortable. Being a first-time car buyer, I was intimidated to come in at first, but everyone from the receptionist to the financing m welcoming and comfortable. Being a first-time car buyer, I was intimidated to come in at first, but everyone from the receptionist to the financing manager was polite and went out of their way to making us comfortable there. We were particularly grateful for Garrett. Even from his first text and phone call to make contact, I knew that he was going to be a great asset to our experience. Garret took the time to show us EVERYTHING about each car, including the cons, which a lot of other salesman have overlooked at other dealerships we went to. He got to know us personally as a couple, and even answered questions about things like carseats and baby spit-up that we hadn't even asked. :) Overall, Garrett was very thorough and didn't belittle us for not knowing everything about car-buying. He was very chill about letting us drive the cars around, even offering the best routes to take for freeway driving and backroads driving. He was very friendly and didn't make us feel pressured to get anything we weren't happy with. We even texted him at a different dealership because Garrett had ruined us of what a salesperson should do for us. :) We would rate Garrett 1,000/10 if we could. If I could make any recommendation, it would be that you put Garrett with all your first-time buyers. Trust me, they will appreciate it more than they can say.
