The finance departments is ridiculous. The dealership was good up until I met with the finance department. NEVER WORK WITH SERGIO! He is th worst person I’ve ever met or worked with. He only wants your money and will try to make you buy a warranty for the car. He also is very shady and very rude. Horrible experience with him. I wish I never worked with him period. Never Again!!! Don’t waste your time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Tomorrow is my sons Birthday. His sweet 16. He worked and saved all summer to buy a truck. We drove 2 hours to SLC to take him shoppi NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Tomorrow is my sons Birthday. His sweet 16. He worked and saved all summer to buy a truck. We drove 2 hours to SLC to take him shopping for his first truck. We went to National Auto Plaza to see a truck we found online. The truck was listed at $9,700.00. My son still wanted to go look due to that being our first stop. My husband had worked out a deal with the crooked car salesman of $9,700.00 out the door with taxes and registration. We knew he wanted that truck and asked if they would hold it for a couple hours. They said no and that if someone came in they would sale it. Totally understandable. We knew that was a risk. My husband also asked if we left if we could still get the deal we worked out. He said yes. We returned today at 4:30pm to buy the truck. My son was so excited. He loved the truck and that made me his momma very happy. We walked in to talk to the sales representative and the truck was still there. My son was ecstatic until he told us the NEW price. The deal we made was no longer being offered and my son left in tears. OUT THE DOOR WE WENT. Thank you National Auto Plaza for ruining my sons first car shopping experience. Something that should be fun and exciting for any 16 year old. More

Ris is AMAZING at what he does!! Went in to the Sandy location wanting to trade in a car for a truck. Talked to Ris earlier that morning and he told me he could definitely help me out. When I showed up he and Jim went above and beyond to find me the perfect truck. I ran them ragged being picky but they never got frustrated or discourgaed instead they kept me laughing and interested in the next vehicle. It took some time but they arranged number and all kinds of stuff and made sure I was completely happy with the vehicle I was leaving with. I was super surprised at how amazing they were, and so paitient! I will only buy from Ris and Jim from now on!! They are what a model saleman should be! Thanks for a GREAT experience, Silver More

Terrible on phone customer service Two stars only because one person I talked to actually tried to help me out after I had missed several calls from them. Finally got on the phone with Two stars only because one person I talked to actually tried to help me out after I had missed several calls from them. Finally got on the phone with the guy trying to call me maybe talked for 10 seconds when you then hear him talking to a co worker and he set the office phone down hearing it hang up. I then replied to an earlier text from him saying it was unnecessary to hang up on me. To no surprise he replies with I didn’t and proceeds to tell me to text another sales guy which is a number I don’t have. Anyway the run around was ridiculous after the customer service on the phone I can only imagine the run around you’d get in the dealership in person. Just terrible. Good luck NAP have a great day.
