Very friendly staff from the sales team to the finance team. Everyone was very personable, nice, and willing to go the extra mile to make a deal that benefited both parties. You hear lots of horror stories about National City car dealers and "mom and pop" places like this, but these guys are good and I would absolutely purchase another car from them next time I'm in the market.
