Not only were the cars impressive, but service was absolutely impressive! We found our car, within minutes we're on the road test driving it. We were not given any pressure to buy, but knew we must though, because this was our dream car and these guys would make it so easy for us to leave with that car and it could be our dream come true. After two weeks now with our new car, we have thoroughly enjoyed the confidence in knowing we made a great decision. Fast, easy experience finding my new car!!! Through a referral from my boyfriend, I came to look for a great deal on a used car, and that's exactly what happened! "Mike", the salesman was very helpful and friendly. I picked out the car I wanted, which had low mileage and was a fairly newer car. I took it for a test drive and with the help of the finance manager Mauricio Motta, I was able to drive off the lot in the car I wanted within no more than 2 hours. There are a lot of older Cadillacs out there that are very clean but one with low mileage is harder to find. I searched the usual three: autotrader.com, cars.com and kbb.com. I found a 2006 Cadillac DTS with 41,000 miles on it listed by National City Auto Center. I went to their Website and they had great photographs of this car, an accurate description of this car and a FREE Carfax report of this car. I sent them an email and got an immediate reply from Mike. I asked him if the car was as clean as it looked in the photographs and he said it was. We communicated back and forth for a few days and I decided to buy the car sight unseen. I drove for three hours to check it out and it was worth the drive. The car was literally almost perfect. Mike is a good salesman and the staff members at National City Auto Center are very nice and very professional. The place was really busy, it was around lunchtime and here comes one of their guys carrying a stack of pizzas. They fed everyone lunch. I love it !! More
