Between myself and my spouse this was our 6th vehicle from National. Mike always takes care of me and remembers me. We are both Cowboys fans and often talk football some too. My dad cosigned on my first car from National and each time I come in Mike asks about my dad too. It feels like people actually care there and the customer service experience that I have had over the years has been amazing. Mike is no longer in sales and has moved up to management, but I trust him to point me in the right direction in regards to a sales person. DJ did a great job and met all of our needs as well.
