As a woman, I am easily irritated by salespersons who act as if I have no idea what I'm doing, or who treats me as the "little lady." Eric does his best to treat everyone equally, and offers options to consider to get you in the right vehicle for you and your budget! As for management, Robbie is a considerate, attentive manager both behind the scenes and in the public eye. Robbie listens to his customers/clients. The "finance" person who finalized the loan wasn't too pushy. He offered the Gap coverage and extended service, but was honest when asked questions about it, and he didn't push it when told "no thanks," which makes the whole experience more desirable. More

From the time I called this dealership and spoke with Robbie Yates, GSM who introduced me to Chris Weaver, Salesman, the experience was one I was totally impressed with. This was probably the quickest I have ever bought a new vehicle, and it wasn't just because I was so impressed with the vehicle itself (although I certainly was). EVERY person I came in contact with, after Chris, was very polite, professional, and thorough in explaining the process and patient in answering my questions (Lorenzo in finance and Sheila in the insurance office). When I returned the next day to retrieve items I had left in my trade-in, other sales personnel made sure they were returned to me. It was a PLEASURE to do business with this dealership. I might mention it wasn't the first time. The last time was 1994 when I bought a new Dodge Dynasty. Promise not to stay away for another 23 years! More
