Decent experience My experience with John McMiller was friendly and pleasant. He was easy to communicate with and friendly. My experience with Lorenzo McNeal was ok. My experience with John McMiller was friendly and pleasant. He was easy to communicate with and friendly. My experience with Lorenzo McNeal was ok. I felt that he was discouraging me from using Capital One which was my preference. As it turned out, he said that Capital One wasn't responding and must be closed that day. I ended up using TD Auto Finance based on his suggestion. The rate was decent and I'm ok with it but I did request that my credit not have more than one or two inquiries but I now have four inquiries which is disappointing. As I left the dealership to drive home, it was getting dark and I turned on my headlights. My driver side low beam light is out. I should have inspected everything before I left but I also feel that your service staff should caught it. More
