A little frustrating but I when i left I was HAPPY!!!!!! I am use to dealing with Doug in the service department and one day he was wasn't there and I had to deal with someone different and that was the wors I am use to dealing with Doug in the service department and one day he was wasn't there and I had to deal with someone different and that was the worst mistake ever. That was the frustrating part by dealing with someone knew who didn't listen to anything I was telling him. . The next day I went in I was already pissed off and mad. I went into the service department and saw Doug and told him I needed a new car. He told me to hold on and went and got Betty and Reggie from Sales and had them to assist. Within a few day I had a new car with all the features that my husband and I wanted. Thanks to Reggie, Betty and Lorenzo for helping me and also dealing with because I am a handful, They took the time to help us, answer all questions and was very friendly and polite. I am very happy with the service they provided. The only suggestion would be if any more options of vehicles to choose from. More
