Professional and understanding of customer I was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss. The vehicle was purchased from National Dodge in 2009 (Challenger SRT8). I went to dealership 1 week after the accident and met with Chris Weaver. I told him how much the car meant to me and that I was wanting to order the Hellcat. This vehicle is difficult for many to get and we had our ups and downs over the 5 month wait. I actually e-mailed the President of SRT and they were helpful. National Dodge was very good at informing at status changes and understood the frustrations along the way. The GM Robbie and I have had past dealings with two other Dodge vehicles and understood how loyal I was to National Dodge and was very helpful in pricing. The vehicle was purchased for MSRP and I will be going back to National Dodge plenty in the upcoming years.
