I lease a truck from National Dodge in a Jacksonville NC, I've had my truck for a year and a half. My truck wasn't starting, (even with a jump) and wouldn't recognize my key. Therefore I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to get the vehicle. Perfect! They also assured me that my truck would take 3 hours to fix and that they would send someone to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to get my truck when it was finished. I left it at the dealership at 1pm, at this time, satisfied. This is when the problems began. 6:30pm rolls around and I decide to call the dealership to see what the hold up is, the person who answered was having trouble finding out anything about my truck or what was going on. When he did figure it out he said that the person who was handling it left for the day and that it had been ready for some time now. I asked if they would be sending someone to pick me up, where he told me that they did not have the staffing at the time to do so & I needed to be there by 8pm in order to get my truck. So now without a ride, due to it being Halloween and my family and friends with their small children. I am without a truck, and without a ride to work in the morning.
