Service center is horrible! Over 2 hours for an oil change. Service advisor did not let me know what they were doing and how long it would take. After 2 hours of just an oil change and tire rotation, forgot to even give me my keys, change the odometer for the next service due and change the sticker in the window! Got the bill and no explanation for what I was even paying for! Couldn't even bother to vacuum the floors. Would have gotten better from Jiffy Lube!!! More

To go to a car dealership and deal with salesperson sometimes is a hassle. Having Kayla as the salesperson was quite a pleasant experience. They told me I wouldn’t find that deal anywhere, which I did 24 hours later on a higher model at that. They are by far one of the shadiest and dishonest dealerships I have ever interacted with. More

I am not the proud owner of a Kia Sorento and it was a friendly, no pressure experience. I also want to give a shout out to Mary the finance department who explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got the best offers within my budget. More
