Excellent Service Department My car was recently out of inspection. I called the service department @Nazareth Ford to make an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment im My car was recently out of inspection. I called the service department @Nazareth Ford to make an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately that fit my schedule. I was in and out in very good time. The waiting area was very nice and the beverage center was a nice touch early in the morning. All of the staff was very friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Nazareth Ford. Service I have leased 3 vehicles from Nazerath Ford in the past, including my current lease. This time when a real problem occurred it sounded like they didn' I have leased 3 vehicles from Nazerath Ford in the past, including my current lease. This time when a real problem occurred it sounded like they didn't want to help me. No rentals available for me. Isn't that a standard part of a lease?? Or am I wrong. When I called back my calls were ignored UNTIL I called from a new number! What a coincidence if you ask me. I have never been treated so rudely by this dealership. I didn't think I was a raging yelling customer, just one that wanted their car fixed! It's part of the warranty ! Will not return. More
