A New Day in a New Car I went to Nelson Mazda with the intention of trading in a Mazda for a 2016 Mazda 3 iSport. I had spent a few days communication through the online cha I went to Nelson Mazda with the intention of trading in a Mazda for a 2016 Mazda 3 iSport. I had spent a few days communication through the online chat and got plenty of information. Once I arrived I spoke with Ben about what vehicle I wanted and what features I wanted with my car as well. He is very detail oriented and transparent. He wants you to know everything that he knows each step of the way. He knew how to make you smile and laugh while being serious when necessary. Although it was a longer process than expected and the number crunching was stressful, as it always is, Ben AND Steve were able to find a payment that worked for me. I appreciate all the time they put in making sure I was comfortable with the purchase and I am glad I was able to get the car I wanted with a reasonable price.
