They were so friendly and not pushy at all. The last time I purchased a car, I felt pressured and hurried. Ben was absolutely awesome, I felt like he truly wanted to get me the perfect car that fit my needs and wants. He did not make me feel pressured at all and I felt very welcome as soon as we entered the door. The test drive was great, with many different types of roads to get the full experience of the Mini I was driving. The non-haggling rule at the dealership made it less stressful. The manager was extremely nice, and although I did not purchase a car there, they made my car search a good thing. I'd highly recommend Nelson Mazda (especially Ben!) to my friends if they're looking for a new/used car! More

Used Car Fun I came to Nelson Mazda to buy a used car that I noticed was on their site. When I got there I met with Ben M. and he got me started. He was very transparent the whole time and made sure you were as comfortable as possible. He first set everything up so they would work on the payment options while we went out and test drove it. I really enjoyed the test route they had me drive, it gave me a way to see how the car drove in every manner. When we got back the money started. It was a bumpy start at first because my credit was not the best. However, we both came to an agreement that worked out for me and made me feel the most comfortable. Ben, Steve and Ken were all great in making this an experience for my first time buying my own car! More
