Tom Chanthavong was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun! He seemed passionate about Mazda and excited to show my husband and I all of the features of the car we were interested in purchasing. After test driving the car and looking at options, he looked up the model we wanted and it was at one of Nelson's other dealerships. Tom personally went to pick it up and even though it was closing time he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the car before we left. He went above and beyond what I consider excellent customer service. The manager, Al Henson, was also very helpful and worked diligently to get me the best interest rate possible. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision and couldn't be happier with my new car! More
