Great first time car purchase experience I recently just purchased my first car ever. With it being my first time, I was apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. Before the Nelson Mazda in Antioch, I had visited the dealer in Cool Springs, Franklin TN and my experie Thankful to Ben M. for an awesome experience. Before the Nelson Mazda in Antioch, I had visited the dealer in Cool Springs, Franklin TN and my experience their was sub-par to the point that I had almost written off purchasing a Mazda. However, I gave another try to the Antioch dealer and Ben M. was very friendly and honest about everything Nelson Mazda had to offer. Definitely recommend Ben M. for anyone that places importance on car buying on how a dealership treats them. Will definitely buy from here again. More

No pressure sales The people who helped me find my car were fantastic. Especially Vincent, he was very helpful and kept me company through the long buying process. The only negative input is that the process was very slow. However I was told upfront that they were short staffed.
