Amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I just have to say that my experience today at Nelson Mazda/Hickory Hollow was amazing! I have only purchased a few cars in my lifetime, but as a sing I just have to say that my experience today at Nelson Mazda/Hickory Hollow was amazing! I have only purchased a few cars in my lifetime, but as a single lady with a discharged bankruptcy, my purchase today was handled very professional and my salesman Ben M. was so kind and understanding. He saw to my every need. I would highly recommend the Hickory Hollow Nelson Mazda team to anyone looking to trade or purchase a vehicle. Bad experience and lied about the warranty After bought a car from this dealership what I encountered was unbelievable. I was told I have a 90 days warranty and after that I have the option of After bought a car from this dealership what I encountered was unbelievable. I was told I have a 90 days warranty and after that I have the option of buying an extended warranty. Again I was told time and again if I have any problems with that car in 90 days just to bring it back and will be taking care of. But guess what..I was having a front light problem with this car from day 1. I brought it back a bulb was changed and still have the same problem. Second time I went back to this dealership before the 90 days of warranty..I was told a different story that I have to pay..I asked to speak with a manager called Tim. And he was rude, very unproffessional and hung up the phone with me. This was how bad this dealership. I am no longer carry on their logo on my tag plus I wouldnt recommend anyone to have the same experience I had. All the sweat talk you get from this dealership is until you buy the car and then bye... More

Great New Car Buying Experience I came into Nelson Mazda (Hickory Hollow) as a first time new car buyer. I was hesitant to work with a dealership, as I didn't want to be pressured in I came into Nelson Mazda (Hickory Hollow) as a first time new car buyer. I was hesitant to work with a dealership, as I didn't want to be pressured into buying something out of my means. I encountered quite the opposite with Nelson Mazda. I was treated with respect through the entire process, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly, no matter how silly they were. There wasn't a person in the building that didn't take the time to make sure I was being helped, and ask if I wanted water or anything else to make this process for comfortable. Beyond the courteous staff, the sales manager took the time to work and get me the best deal possible on my new Mazda CX-5. More
