I do want to say that though what i said is true, when i asked to speak to the manager, Charles called me back RIGHT AWAY, was very attentive to my concerns r.e. the missing part, and found a way to not cost the dealership but get me the part at no cost to me. He also responded right away r.e. concern that i have still not received the title...said he was looking into it and would send me another car tag to extend the date another 30 days. These are the types of things i would expect from your sales person and if they are not emplwered to do so that they act immediately on the buyer's behalf to get permission. It felt like i was attended to only until i bought the car and afterwords, despite the sales person "checking in " with me to see how the car was doing it was only words because thats when i asked about the missing part and the title and again i got a very slow if any response. This is my 5th mazda 3 so i am a loyal customer but should this have been my first mazda this experience did nothing to further my loyalty until Charles stepped in...and the reason i have stuck with Mazda has not so much been the car as it has been the relationship. Thank you.

The closing paperwork was beyond irritating. When you are paying for a vehicle at closing, you shouldn’t have to read through a bunch of words that pertain to financing. Otherwise good experience. More
