Went to pick up my car for the second time, none of the issues were addressed. The damage they caused to the safety of my vehicle was not fixed and Zach lied to my face with no empathy in an argumentative issues were addressed. The damage they caused to the safety of my vehicle was not fixed and Zach lied to my face with no empathy in an argumentative tone saying that the creaking from the front end when pressure is applied to the axle which didn't start until after the first service was caused by a gasket on the catalytic converter. Even I knew this was bull and have since spoken to 3 mechanics I know and trust, one of which has been a mechanic for 35 years, and they all laughed when I told them this and immediately said no, that's crap. Also, this incompetent employee who is horrible at customer service did not notify me when my car was done for over a week and had the lack of social care to not even bother putting a mask on during my entire 30 minutes there in the midst of covid. This service department and this employee in particular are a joke. More
