This was my easiest car buying experience so far! Connor was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Update...the car was left to be “detailed” two days and once the car was picked up and driven long enough for the cleared codes to show up again sure enough the check engine light came on and the catalytic converter is bad. The inside of the car looks better than before but does not reflect two days worth of cleaning. The rear headrests, trunk cover, passenger side air vent and a missing console button still need to be replaced. I’ll have to take it back when those items come in but they’re not willing to replace the catalytic converter. I’m extremely dissatisfied with that. But they have my money now and I guess that’s what matters to them. Connor has gone above and beyond and kept constant communication and that’s honestly the best part of the experience. More

Wasn't the best experience I've had. I've had alot better, they are very understaffed and only one person working, nothing that was recommended in my video was told to me in person, only when I got ho better, they are very understaffed and only one person working, nothing that was recommended in my video was told to me in person, only when I got home and rewatched the video did I realized that my car needed more then just an oil change and tire rotation.that being said, I love mazda and all they do. I will continue going and continue to be a loyal customer. More
