Nelson Mazda was the 3rd dealership we visited, and probably the 10th we had spoken to over the phone. We are SO pleased with their customer service and their prices! After being there for several hours, my kids started getting hungry and cranky. Our salesman, Daniel took my oldest to the vending machine and bought all 3 of my kids snacks to keep them happy. We Thought That was amazing. I also want to point out that the previous 2 dealers didn’t work out due to 1. Not having a warranty to offer, and 2. Not able to work with our interest rate. Nelson Mazda took care of Both and got us a payment in our budget. We are happy and they’ve earned customers for life. After driving my new car around, my husband is convinced he needs a Mazda too :) More
