I’m a repeat customer before I even bought my last Mazda I used dealerrater.com to find me a client advisor that had great reviews and and felt comfortable with them understanding what I wanted in a car. So I was ready for a Mazda 3 hatch and I knew I could count on Jospeh(Team Lead) again to come through. I found out quickly that he is a Team Lead now which I truly respect Nelson Mazda for recognizing his Client Advisor talents into this position as the Team Lead. He got me hooked up with Gary (Client Advisor) and he took good care of me. He had the same car I was looking to get so I knew I could ask him anything about it and he I was right he knew all the technology inside and out and explained it all to me. He wanted me to make sure I was getting what I wanted and left out with stellar service. Wanted to give Lonnie a shoutout too. A service department for me is a make or break when I’m a returning customer. I’m not going to buy a 2nd car if I wasn’t taken care of well the 1st car. Lonnie always provided me exceptional customer service! I always recommend Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro to my co-workers and friends when they are looking for a new ride! More
Didn't fix it the first time Our Tribute is our 3rd Mazda purchase. However, we had a repair and took it to Nelson Mazda for repair which we have taken all our Mazdas to the dealership for service. First we could never get a hold of the service manager, Zack to find out the status of our Mazda. After the repair, my husband got only about a mile from the dealership and the car died. The car is a 2010 with only 86000 miles. We have never had any problems with it until now. We actually bought the car new at a dealership in Florida. We had asked for a car to drive however all they offered us was a rental car which we knew was going to cost us more money. Luckily we had AAA for the tow because they didn't offer to tow it in either. More was wrong with it. Lonnie the other service manager was there when my husband picked up the car and offered him $15 discount off the total price of $1600 More
Does not have very good customer service! Asked for a couple things to be fixed. The salesman told me they would have a car for me to drive my mother-n-law to Dr while mine was being fixed... had no car couple things to be fixed. Came back about a week later to have it fixed & it ilooks like they just threw a plastic screw in it. Still didn’t have a service car but gave my husband something else to drive. I asked them to fix the drivers seat because it rocks, they said the seat was old & there was nothing they could do. (They just didn’t want to do it, cause I took it to a body shop & it is now fixed!!) the wash job was terrible, my 10 yr old son could have done a better job!! Needless to say, I will not be buying here again nor will I come there for a FREE car wash!! When I called the first time to see if they had me on the schedule & a car for me to drive... Lindsey transferred me 4 times to service after I had chosen to be sent there in the first place, finally parts picked up when she sent me there so she didn’t have to help me!! The parts guy tried but I was told they had no record of me scheduled to bring my car in... I am a customer service agent & to be treated this way was very unprofessional! $30,000 may not seem like much to some people, but if someone spent that kind of money at my car lot, I would definitely do what I could to make sure they were well taken care of!!! I will not ever buy here again & definitely will not refer anyone here!! I have never filled out a review before, but this is how bad it was so I felt I needed too!! Thank you, have a nice day! More

The service manager greeted us as we pulled up to the service area and took care of everything that we needed to have done. We were there for about forty-five minutes to get an oil change.
