I've never really been impressed by a car dealership (whether in sales or service) before but this was an amazing experience. Lonnie Stevens in Service was truly incredible and so helpful. He kept me updated every step of the way, and got me in a rental car for free when it ended up taking longer. I also really appreciate the video from the technician explaining what was wrong. Will be sure to go back to this dealer for anything else my Mazda ever needs. More
The salesman made the sale and we legit never heard from him again..He did bring us the car out on his day off and we were grateful for that, but it took two days to make that happen after our car was ready him again..He did bring us the car out on his day off and we were grateful for that, but it took two days to make that happen after our car was ready for pick up..I just think keeping the customer informed is most important and building the relationship. Great experience all the way around. I took my youngest son to buy his first car. With our other 5 kids before, the buying experience at other dealerships varied from miserable to good, but our experience son to buy his first car. The dealership was very nice and found the issue quickly. The car was fixed within a decent amount of time and we have had no issues with it. I had a great experience working with Gary DeMarco. I went to the dealership and he came up with a contract that included my trade in vehicle. 2 days later the alternator went out in my trade in. He worked with me by picking me up at my home and even gave me a very reasonable return on my trade in vehicle despite the unexpected repairs that needed to be made. He was very thorough in showing me how all the new features of my vehicle worked. I am a satisfied customer and will return with my future buying needs. More
