They were courteous and low key and very knowledgeable about the Mazda brand which has now become my favorite car brand. Their engineering and design is on par with the luxury brands. My CX-9 truly feels like a luxury car in how it drives and how it is designed. Don't just fall for the HP ratings in the competition like I almost did. TEST DRIVE A MAZDA and you'll see the difference. I had decided to buy a Pilot before looking at the CX-9 and I'm glad I waited. The CX-9 is just a superior vehicle, hands down. Props to Reynolds for hiring quality people and offering Mazda vehicles. I will buy another Mazda in my lifetime if I live to have the chance. More
