Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad we were able to speak last week about this matter. We’re sorry to learn of the unfortunate incident that your daughter experienced after the recent purchase of her vehicle. As I mentioned, I reviewed the details of the vehicle purchase with my staff and they stated your daughter was informed that the vehicle was not the typical type of vehicle we sell and that it was considered it to be a “wholesale piece” with 160,000 miles on it and was destined for the auction. Knowing this up-front, your daughter still wanted to purchase it and understood that it was “as is – no warranty”. Also, you mentioned that she had the car for 30 days and experienced no issues and the vehicle ran fine. It was later that it began to overheat. It is unknown how long or far she drove it with it overheating. You also mentioned she didn’t know if it was leaking before the incident because she never checked. Again, I am sorry for the unfortunate incident that occurred after the purchase. We value you and your daughter as a customer and hope to able to service you in the future.
