Instead of an opaque process it was open, honest, and very low-pressure. I knew exactly what i wanted and a fair price for it, and Reynolds (specifically Steve Adams in sales and Ed Rider in Finance) made the process as easy as possible. I am from out of the area (about 2 hours away) and after the experience i had locally, it was definitely worth driving here. Most of the process was done over phone/email so just had to inspect/sign when we arrived. Will definitely buy future Mazda, Ford, Lincoln, etc vehicles from here in the future. More

In recent years as other enthusiast cars have evolved into overweight computer controlled luxury barges, Mazda has stayed true to the old sports car maxim, "take away weight and add lightness". My new Mazda6 is much more of a true "drivers car" than the fancy European car I traded off. And the fuel economy is incredible! I'll be back when the 2016 Miata's come in next summer! More

I knew it was the car for me and Steve was so nice and friendly and funny. We hit it off great. We made a deal and I drove my new car home the next day. I love it! I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. Even though I live in northwest Oklahoma City, I will take my Miata there for service because of the positive sales experience and because I believe in the dealer servicing the car. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Reynolds Mazda! More

These guys are the best!!! I had been looking for a car for over a month; I had been dealing with salesmen that were only trying to scam me, then I called Reynolds. I mostly spoke to James Tippet, who is so nice that he offered to come help me out when I had a blowout on the way to test drive one of his cars, wow! He helped me get the price I wanted, he joked around with us, and overall left me completely satisfied! You can tell he prides himself in his awesome customer service. Our meeting was short, sweet, and as painless as possible. They even threw in some extra detailing for me! So thanks James, you're 10/10! More

I worked with Joe and he was incredibly nice and answered all of my questions with regard to the CX-5. I appreciated how friendly and warm everyone is at the dealership and also that there was no pressure at all with regard to buying a car. My experience with the paperwork and financing went really smooth and I appreciated how Joe took the time to show me all the features of my car and to get it set up for me.
