Satisfied Customer James is the best! I have dealt with our local dealer in the past and when it came time to get a new car, I got nowhere. I thought loyalty meant somet James is the best! I started my research online and browsed several dealerships, and James contacted me right away. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He truly puts the customer first and that was very apparent in our dealings. Even living in a different town, he managed to find the car that I wanted AND trade in my car for the best deal I could find. He went above and beyond to make sure he gave me what I wanted. Let me tell you, last time I bought a car (right down the road by the way) I spent EIGHT HOURS feeling harassed and exhausted. I had to take a meal break half way through.. and the guys told me to go have four or six beers. Awesome. This experience was much more pleasant. Jerry put me at ease on price, and I didn't feel like I was playing some crazy long game of Monopoly just trying to make a deal. I hate Monopoly. So if you'd like a pleasant car buying experience I would recommend Reynolds Mazda in Norman. I felt like they helped me get the car that I needed without having to jump through hoops of fire. More

New vehicle/turning over leased vehicle As a single woman, usually when you go into a dealership or auto shop just in general, you get treated as if you are stupid and get taken advantage of As a single woman, usually when you go into a dealership or auto shop just in general, you get treated as if you are stupid and get taken advantage off, so I really wasn't expecting anything different here. However,I contacted James and told him exactly what I had, what I needed to be done, and where I needed my payments to be and that I wasn't going to waste my time or his time. What a completely wonderful experience from beginning to end, more than met any expectations that I went in with. Never once felt talked down to or taken advantage of. More than happy with my purchase, just wish that the state of Oklahoma added the TT&L into the financing of the car, as Texas did, but that is NO reflection of my experience working with James and Sean. Thank you!! More
