I actually was looking at a vehicle that was on the Reynolds Mazda lot, and I told the salesman what I needed my payment to be, and he said we can probably do that. I couldn't buy that day, so I said I would come back, and he even had me sign a piece of paper that had the payment I wanted. I wanted this car so bad, so I came back. Before we even began I told him, if you do not think you cannot get my payment where I need it, please don't waste my time, I also didn't want to waste theirs. The computers were messed up so he said we have to take a walk over here to the ford place, so then we were put in the hands of Mr. Destillo, and he was nice and assured me we were gonna work this out. He took us to his office, I had my boyfriend and his son and my twin 7 year olds in his tiny office. After siting and giving the information he kept leaving and coming back and leaving and coming back, the computers were messing up and he was trying to get this and that approved. After a few hours he said maybe we should go to lunch and come back. I told him that I was worried and he assured me "We make dreams come true", yes he actually told me that. So we went and ate lunch and I called him and he said, yea come on back! So I did and we were there for another hour and a half, just for him to tell me that my payment was well over what I told him repeatedly that I could do. It was such a waste of time. I was in tears and all I got was sorry. I do believe they tried very hard to get me approved, my credit was not too bad so they had something to work with. I just felt like he knew early on what my payment would be and he was just trying to wear me down. MY poor kids had to sit for hours for nothing. I was able to get a vehicle at the same price from another dealership with a way better intrest rate from the same bank they were trying to work with. So I don't know what they were trying to do. They totally lost my business and I will be sure to let everyone know how I feel about this co. Franco seemed a little cocky and cheesy. He needs to learn to not promise things he can't deliver. We were there for over five hours, and I had picked the vehicle out the day before, absolutely rediculous. I went to Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and bought a 2014 Jeep Compass, and got 3.9% interest rate! I was in and out in an hour and a half. Don't let these people waste your time! More
