I found a used Nissan Frontier on their website and it looked to be a pretty good deal so I went there immediately to take a look. Before letting me ask any questions she asked for my license and insurance for the test drive, which I wasn't even sure was going to happen. I'd been inside the dealership for about 4 minutes. I got her to bring the truck around front, I asked a few questions that she had zero answers for, all she kept repeating was "we only know what's on the carfax." I asked her twice if she could get me information on the service they had done on it and if anything noteworthy was found such as their notes on the engine, transmission, fluids etc. Again, I got the carfax response. Since I was paying cash for the truck I wanted to know if there was someone I could speak to about the listed price since it was an "as is" vehicle with no warranty. This is where everything went sideways. Her attitude hit rock bottom and she got very defensive telling us that their policy was no negotiations and she was not going to lower the price. I asked twice if there was someone else I could speak to, reluctantly she went to get a "lead" with whom she spoke with for several minutes before they both came out. She then sat right next to me like I was in trouble while I spoke with the "lead". I explained that we had in fact purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, one of which was used and we had in fact negotiated the price of it (I have the emails). He informed me that we could not have purchased 3 vehicles from them since they had only been open since 2019. My first new Rogue was a 2018, my 2nd new Rogue was 2021 and I purchased a used Ford Escape for my son 2020, but according to the "lead" I had not purchased any of these there. The level of disrespect and absurd behavior had only gotten worse over the years with this dealership. They hire young people that don't have any understanding of professionalism and respect for the customers. This is NOT about the price of the truck. Honestly, the price was fair, but who doesn't try to save a bit of cash to cover additional warranty or TTT costs. It was the attitude from that disrespectful girl, the eyeroll as the end was the straw. I left and went a few hundred yards down the road to Jim Norton Ford, I'm pretty sure I'll be buying a truck from them. I will never again refer someone to Nelson Nissan, they certainly did make a believer out of me. More
This is the worst dealership by far ive ever dealt with they completely took advantage of my 80 year old mother by recommended her a 2017 Nissan Sentra which is well known to be a problematic car one of t they completely took advantage of my 80 year old mother by recommended her a 2017 Nissan Sentra which is well known to be a problematic car one of the biggest problems with it is the cvt transmission which is exactly what went out on it and nelson Nissan told us it wasn't covered by the recall and that it would be $7,000 for a new transmission the whole car isn't even worth 5 thousand so we have been paying on a car we can't even drive for the last 6 months I've contacted nelson Nissan twice and they dont reply so expect this if u buy a from them More

They charged $601 for a car battery and charged a whopping $169 to plug it in to see what was wrong. First of all when a customer tells a mechanic they had to jump start the car 3 times in 2 weeks co whopping $169 to plug it in to see what was wrong. First of all when a customer tells a mechanic they had to jump start the car 3 times in 2 weeks common sense would be to put a volt meter on battery and check alternator. You don’t need to plug it in for common sense mechanic work. Next let’s say they like to gouge and just stick it to every customer with that bogus charge the total was still $601 with tax!! So let’s take tax off and that insane $169 fee that’s still $389 for a battery!!!! Come on !! It wasn’t enough to gouge the $169 but $389 on top of that for a BATTERY!!! More
Bought a $54000 vehicle. Trim piece fell off during shipping. I took months to get another which fell off again. Still waiting for it to be replaced. Faulty seat belt. The first time I told them about it (at my first service) they dismissed us and said nothing was wrong. When I took it in for the second service I showed them the little elastic piece that was broken that keeps the seat belt from becoming stuck down in the seat when you try to fasten it. Supposedly they ordered a new seat cover which the piece is attached to. It has been over a month and still waiting. Had a leak when it rains hard. They couldn’t find the leak. Had the car over a year and it has never been complete. It would be nice to talk directly to the person working on the car. More
Bought car and there was a problem with the head unit. They assured me they would fix it and gave me a ‘we owe’. They had my car 4 weeks, but only ordered the part the day before it was ‘fixed’. They ended up taking it to a different place without telling me and installed a completely different head unit that isn’t compatible with the vehicle without asking me, in order to save them money. I’ve tried calling and messaging and have been told the general sales manager is supposed to call us, but still haven’t heard anything days later. I was very patient throughout the whole process, but there have been so many issues that I haven’t even listed here. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here. More
