Jerry and Drake were absolutely amazing in helping me get into a reliable vehicle! I’m currently expecting my first child and needed something roomy and good on gas. We love our 2024 Maverick Hybrid truck. All of this was possible because NBF called us last August and told us they were taking orders for Mavericks. We had previously missed 2 other orde All of this was possible because NBF called us last August and told us they were taking orders for Mavericks. We had previously missed 2 other ordering windows. We went ahead and ordered it and didn't expect it for a year or two. We got a call in March that a build date had been set for mid April but that it probably wouldn't arrive until sometime in June. Well it arrived in early May and we are now thoroughly enjoying it. Everyone at NBF was helpful throughout the process. I picked up a nail in one of my new tires so I also got to experience working with their service area. Everyone there was also very professional and helpful. I got a courtesy ride to my house and back to the dealership once my tire was fixed. Excellent customer service! More
