Hadn't been here in 3-4 years since i moved far away. They sent me $100 off service gift card so figured i'd use it! Called them in advance to make sure i can use it on a oil change and they said yes. Dr They sent me $100 off service gift card so figured i'd use it! Called them in advance to make sure i can use it on a oil change and they said yes. Drove 30 miles and an hour and when i got there i was told i couldn't use it. The rep who helped me looked like he hated his job. No smiles, no hello's no nothing. I didn't argue much about not accepting the gift card as it was too early. Then it took them 4 hours to do my oil change. I was quotes 2-3 hours and my rep told me it would take less than that since i was one of the first customers that morning. It got so bad that another associate came to me an apologized for how long it's taking (not my service rep, he couldn't care less). Anyway, sad to see it's gone down the drain like this. I used to love coming here and working with Pamela (who is no longer there). Gave this a 5 star in the past, now it's a 2 star. More

Purchased a 2025 BMW 540i xDrive from New Century BMW with the help of Elvis Blohm and was very happy about the whole experience. The only issue was that the premium audio option from Bowers & Wilkins wa with the help of Elvis Blohm and was very happy about the whole experience. The only issue was that the premium audio option from Bowers & Wilkins wasn't mentioned during the sales process. I learned about that option only when the car was due to arrive from Germany, so it was too late to make any changes. Other than that, everything went well, and Elvis was always there to help with any questions I had. I highly recommend working with Elvis and New Century BMW to buy your BMW. More

I purchased a 2025 G80 M3 CX from Elvis Blohm at New Century BMW and could not be more thrilled about the entire process and experience!! I was referred to Elvis by a good friend of mine that's a GM Century BMW and could not be more thrilled about the entire process and experience!! I was referred to Elvis by a good friend of mine that's a GM at a Ford Dealership when I asked for help on how to order a new G80 M3. From the beginning through the end Elvis and the entire team went out of their way to make this the best experience and for a competitive and fair deal. They kept me engaged and in the loop, ensured that the order was perfect including allowing me to check out similar cars to dial it in, and then when the car was finally delivered, the service continued by making sure all my "unique" requests were met including not taking the plastic off! They were able to quickly take through the paperwork process took the time to explain all the details and features of the car, and introduce me to my service advisor. Through this process Elvis became a good friend. Also a special shoutout to the Finance Manager, Sean Koga, for being super efficient and similarly amazing. I'll definitely be recommending Elvis / New Century BMW to everyone and buying any future cars from them as well! More
