So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. He gave me advice like a friend and not just trying to sell. I don’t think I would’ve gotten a car I wanted without Sami’s help, I had a budget and he really went the extra mile just to make it happen for me. The transaction went so smoothly, that I would do it over and over again. I was surprised how great the vibes were here. Everyone is friendly. The GM Mr. Pan was a very nice man as well. I've purchase an pre-own i3, by the time we've done with all the necessary process and ready to leave, I realize the battery didn't get charge and the front floor mat was missing. so we had to wait to get it charge. Besides, I wish they can be more thorough on checking the vehicle status when deliver ,but overall is a dealership I will recommending to my friends. More
