Very Disappointed I called on Friday with a problem with the lock on the driver side door. It would not unlock so I had to climb over the console to get in The drivers I called on Friday with a problem with the lock on the driver side door. It would not unlock so I had to climb over the console to get in The drivers seat. I was told they could not get to it that day but suggested I leave it over the weekend but they did not have a loaner for me to use. I brought it in Monday morning at 7:40 and was told he would get back to me that afternoon. By 4:00 he had not called so I called the dealership and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and finally had to hang up. I called back again and was placed on hold for 10 minutes when I had to hang up. The service advisor finally called me around 5:30 and told me my car would not be done until Wednesday. He offered to have me picked up and provide me with a rental car. It took almost 2 hours to get the car! I got a call today that it was done. I paid the bill and gave the woman at the front desk my ticket. It took more than a half hour to get my car!!! If I need any further work done or want to buy a new car, it will not be at New Century. Beverly Marksbury More
