The best service ever My X5 is due for the engine oil check and I called my service reps Sydney who scheduled my appointment the next day. When I arrived today on my appointment time, I was greeted by Sydney at the entrance hall and got all paperwork done within a few minutes. Then the driver picked me up and sent me back to my office. His driving was super and fun. It is the best service I ever had. I have been a loyal customer with BMW for 14 years. Highly recommend New century BMW. More

He even arranged a loaner on fairly short notice over the weekend so the repairs could be started asap. Some service establishments have a "weekend staff" to hold the fort until the Mon-Fri staff comes in, but Eric Ho and New Century BMW are an exception - great service any day of the week. Thank you.
