My entire family has been buying/leasing from new century for more than 10+ years and the outstanding service has been very consistent throughout the years. This year was the first time I purchased/leased a car on my own, which was a big deal for me! Everyone was very helpful, patient and just overall really great! Before I made the decision on my car, I did my homework online and I scheduled a time to look at the cars I liked, Ken the manager waited for me (LA/Hollywood traffic is the worst, and yes, I drove all the way from Hollywood to lease my car Here!) He explained the difference between the cars and gave me some really good advices. The day I went to pick up my car, the process was easy and painless; I did wait for the financial part but that's a given when you buy a car! A week or so after I got the car, there was an issue with the rear view camera so I called them and they got me a loaner car and fixed it in two days!! Ken was really great, I had such a great experience! The service advisor James Chiu was also very helpful; I had a question about my car after I left the dealership and he was so responsive which made me feel really great. I also work in the customer service industry so I am very picky when it's my turn to be a customer/consumer and I am confident to say that my experience with Ken, Steve and James were the best by far! I have serviced my previous BMWs at other dealerships and I have always left unhappy or upset because of the service. I will definitely be making the far drive because I know I will always be well taken care of. Thanks New Century BMW! More
