Smooth and Professional Experience I was in the market for a used 328i and did extensive research on different cars, dealerships, and sales staff. Of all the people contacted, Elvis Blo I was in the market for a used 328i and did extensive research on different cars, dealerships, and sales staff. Of all the people contacted, Elvis Blohm was far and away the best I dealt with. From my first contact via email through multiple phone calls, he was professional, honest, and above-board. He did not pressure me, just answered each question I had and allowed me time to decide. When time came for talking price, his first number was not unreasonable, the complete opposite! After finalizing the price over the phone, we arranged a time to meet. After driving over 90 minutes from Thousand Oaks, Elvis had us in and out in a little over an hour. Great experience! We also had the pleasure of working with Sean Wang in Finance. He was well-organized and factually presented information. There was no typical "finance games", just signing the paperwork and short explanations of options. Also, working with Elvis, they did a fantastic job working through the BMW Financial red-tape to ensure I received a rebate offer I was entitled to (but was being denied by BMW FS). Overall, a very pleasurable experience working with Elvis and Sean. As far as the dealership, it was clean, well-organized, and fully staffed. Everyone I came into contact with was happy and willing to provide assistance. More

Not good service advisor When I checked in with service advisor Eric. He asked what was there for. I told him front brake service. Instead of saying ok we will Check the out r When I checked in with service advisor Eric. He asked what was there for. I told him front brake service. Instead of saying ok we will Check the out right of way says oh you dont need those. That is not good customer service. Obviously I took the car in because I was hearing a lot of squeaking and wanted to get them checked out. He acted like he knew it all instead of listening to the customer. I had to say well can you just have them checked out. That is bad customer service to say the least and I will not refer nor return for service there. I will go back to crevier where excellent customer service More

Pamela Chen is the best! Old 2007 BMW was in New Century BMW for airbag recall. Pamela Chen, the service advisor, was nice and inspect my car before sitting down. She indicated I have a leakage of engine oil and I declined the repair at first place as my car is old and no point for fixing it. Same afternoon, Pamela found that the leakage problem are able to be covered by emession warranty, so she acquired my permission to hold the car for extra working day to fix it. Her passion toward her job and superb service to her client gave the ‘ultimate feeling’ to continue buying the ‘ultimate driving machine’ so I can have her to be my service advisor forever. More
