She was super nice and was able to give me an easy step by step guide on how to use all the functions in my new X3. Dishonest The employee that i dealt with here is dishonest and has no integrity whatsoever. I had my car serviced last August 3,2018 for a change oil. I usually The employee that i dealt with here is dishonest and has no integrity whatsoever. I had my car serviced last August 3,2018 for a change oil. I usually do my service at another dealer but im in town to visit my parents so I ended up here. Eddie Wong the guy from service told me I also needed to change my air filter. So I asked him if I can get a discount. He told me thats pretty much it, theres no discount to be given as the price already discounted and fixed, so the oil change and the air filter will pretty much be about a little below $250 . Little did he know that I already know how much the price of the air filter since the other dealer already quoted me their price weeks before. When I finally told him im not getting the air filter, he suddenly changed his tone about the price and pretended to make a call at the parts department. Then he told me he can give me a discount if I get the air filter. The new total price would be a little over $200 dollars. I just politely declined his offer. Its sad how these people try to rip you off. Service your car somewhere not on this dealership if you want honest people this place is not the one. More

Very smooth transaction I talked with Chris on the morning of July 31. We agreed on the price/terms and confirmed. I then took a train to LA where they picked me up.
