A very very poor experience. Visited New Century for a recall repair. The communication was very lacking. The service advisor Ken Lam never contacted me while I was at the dealership. I had to initiate every contact and the advisor was not a very good listener. Was constantly told the vehicle was still being worked on, although after 5 hours, I ultimately found the vehicle in the outgoing driveway ready for delivery. A mechanic covering for the receptionist ultimately had another advisor (which also did not greet me) release the vehicle for me as Ken Lam the original advisor was at lunch. I was not able to check the quality of the work and can only hope it was done correctly. Overall, a very poor experience. More

Diana is amazing! She’s so kind and willing to help. Long story short, I bought my car from another dealer that was far away for no other reason than they had the car She’s so kind and willing to help. Long story short, I bought my car from another dealer that was far away for no other reason than they had the car I wanted in stock and with the global shortages right now that’s not that easy. In any case, I wanted to work with a local dealership so I need so I could have a place where I can get my car serviced that was not far away. I called Alhambra and spoke to Diana and she was so helpful and willing to help me walk through the features of my new car which didn’t happen at my original dealership. She also went out of her way to make sure that I was signed up in the correct system so I could work with them moving forward. I called around to a lot of dealerships in the area and frankly Diana and the team at Alhambra BMW were so kind that I really didn’t want to go anywhere else. Because of their positive can do attitude and willingness to help, all my servicing will definitely happen there. I can’t thank Diana enoug, she was so sweet and patient and willing to take her time to answer my questions I’ll definitely be back. More
Leased my '21 BMW from New Century BMW 14 months ago with assistance from Elvis Blohn, Internet Sales Manager, an excellent and simple experience. Received a note in the mail from BMW to have a defective Co assistance from Elvis Blohn, Internet Sales Manager, an excellent and simple experience. Received a note in the mail from BMW to have a defective Coolant Pump replaced. Called Elvis and he got me an appointment with Eddie Wong, a Service Advisor, who also determined a second recall was made to replace the Bottom Tailgate Spindle Drive. Was provided a loaner BMW at 8am, received a call the same day at 2:30pm, and picked up my BMW at 3:15pm. Both Elvis and Eddie provided great service at no charge, kept me informed, and delivered on time. I would recommend New Century BMW, Elvis Blohn, and Eddie Wong to anyone, including those of us with very high expectations! I am a big fan of these service providers and likely will be a New Century BMW fan for life! More

Shawn Nguyen is one of the most honest service advisor. Unbeknownst to them, Buena Park BMW made an inexcusable mistake with my car and New Century brought it to my attention and rectified the issue.
